Good SPIERS, AYR dovetailed steel smoothing plane. Gunmetal lever cap with the scroll script mark and rosewood infill including open rear handle. Comes complete with the ORIGINAL thick parallel Spiers of Ayr blade of which there is plenty left. Some very slight discolouration to the metal otherwise OK for age. |
