CARSE ANTIQUES & RESTORATIONS TERMS OF BUSINESS

Please find set out on this page the terms of business under which all sales from Carse Antiques are carried out.

1/   All items are offered for sale subject to availability, we try and make sure sold items are marked as sold straight away

2/   Carse Antiques is VAT registered, all sales are SPECIAL SCHEME. i.e Vat is included in the price. VAT number is 114 9186 15

3/  Prices - every effort is made to ensure prices shown are correct but errors can be made. If an error has been made we or you may canel the sale. 

4/  All prices are in £ - Sterling

5/   Carriage is extra for all prices shown. We can ship worldwide. Please contact us for a carriage price for any item listed.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1/   We accept all the major credit cards through WORLDPAY at the shop premises.

2/   We can also accept payments via AMEX at the shop premises.

3/  We can also except payments via PAYPAL. A Paypal invoice can be sent upon request.

 

METHODS OF CARRIAGE

1/  In the UK we send all smaller items via Royal Mail or Parcelforce insured and tracked.

2/   For smaller items Internationally we use either Royal Mail signed for or Parcelforce fully tracked.

3/  For all larger items of furniture for delivery in the UK we use a variety of UK carriers depending on the area. Please contact us for a quote.

4/  For all larger items of furnitue for delivery worldwide we use mainly EQUATOR. All items are packed in a wooden crate and sent either air or sea. Please contact us for a quote.

5/  ALL smaller items are dispatched within working 5 days. Larger items are dispatched usually within 14 working days but some international items can be longer depending on the crate manufacture. 

 

RETURNS

TO COMPLY WITH THE UK CONSUMER PROTECTION (distance selling) REGULATIONS 2000

1/   For all sales from Carse Antiques we will send you an order acknowledgement via e-mail.

2/   All sales from Carse Antiques carry a 7 WORKING DAYS, after receipt of goods, no quibble refund including outward postage or carriage as long as any items returned are returned in the same condition as when sent. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancelling.

3/  If the contents of any parcels are received damaged please contact us immediately. REFUNDS will be issued for items received damaged in transit.

4/ We will not be liable for the costs of returning any items unless we have mis-described the item concerned.
