Pretty decent 19th century Stanley USA No. 10 Carriagemakers rebate jack plane. Old style frog with patetned lateral adjuster. Really nice original rosewood handles with small low front knob with no damage at all. Near full length original 1892 ptent blade. There is very minor discolouration / pitting to the sole but it is hardly worth mentioning.

Pretty decent beech wedge stemmed plough plane, No. 5B by A. Mathieson & Son, Glasgow and Edinburgh with full set of 8 plough irons, all in good near full length condition. The plough plane is all original but as usual there is minor damage to the boxwood fence wedges. The set of irons are all by James Howarth except one which is by Marples. Really good usable plane.

RARE early Spiers of Ayr solid GUNMETAL bullnose plane in good all original condition. Original dark rosewood wedge and original half length Ward cast steel snecked blade. All parts of the plane are stamped with the same number. The plane has been used but overall it is still perfectly OK. Stamped Spiers Ayr on the front as pictured. 3 1/2" long by 1 1/16" wide. RARE !!!!
