Good clean Record of Sheffield No. 010 rebate jack plane. Good original beech fittings with no cracks or damage and good half length original blade. Virtually all the original blue finish remains. Nice and clean.

Basically good early example of a William Marples of Sheffield patent ULTIMATUM brass framed ebony brace. The brass frame is nicely marked with all the various markings. The revolving head has the original brass central medallion and the original ivory ring but there is a small old chip to the rim underneath. The chuck part is very good with a tight spring. I am not convinced myself that the central handle is original but having said that it doesn't look like the frame screws have been touche...

Good clean mid 19th century 4 3/4" long by 1 1/2" wide miniature round sole plane in beech. Original wedge and thick single solid iron. Good clean condition and a nice colour.

Basically good early 1920's STANLEY USA No. 4 1/2 low knob smoothing plane. Has the 1910 patent to the base with original rosewood fittings including low front knob. Near full length Stanley USA blade is probably an old replacement. Rear handle is cracked but secure (could possibly do with being repaired better). Apart from the handle a good clean example which is now 100 years old !!
