Please find set out on this page the terms of business under which all sales on this web site are carried out.

1/   All items are offered for sale subject to availability, we try and make sure SOLD is put next to sold items as quickly as possible but sometimes an item can be ordered twice in one night our time. If that is the case the first order received will be the one accepted, the second order will be refinded.

2/   We are not VAT registered and as such there is no VAT to be added to any of the prices shown on this website.

3/   For all sales in the UK the price quoted includes postage and packaging.

4/  For all other destinations the price quoted DOES NOT include postage, there are two postage options available in the drop down postage options, EU (Europe) or WORLDWIDE. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1/   We accept all the major credit cards through WORLDPAY directly through the site.

2/   We can also accept payments via AMEX but only through the shop.

3/  We accept payments via PAYPAL also directly through the site.

METHODS OF POSTAGE

1/  In the UK we send virtually all orders via PARCELFORCE 48, fully tracked and signed for.

2/   For smaller items in the UK the only other method we use is Royal Mail first class postage.

3/  For all International packages under 2Kg we will send via SMALL PACKETS AIR MAIL with recorded and insured added on all values over £50.

4/  For all EU (Euriope) packages over 2Kg we will send via PARCELFORCE EURO 48 service.

5/  For all International packages outwith Europe over 2Kg we will send by PARCELFORCE international parcel service.

5/  ALL orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

RETURNS

TO COMPLY WITH THE UK CONSUMER PROTECTION (distance selling) REGULATIONS 2000

1/   For all sales made through this web site submitted via the web, e-mail, fax or mobile phone we will send you an order acknowledgement via e-mail.

2/   All sales from this web site carry a 7 WORKING DAYS, after receipt of goods, no quibble refund including outward postage as long as any items returned are returned in the same condition as when sent. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancelling.

3/  If contents of any parcels are received damaged please contact us immediately. REFUNDS will be issued for items received damaged in transit.

4/ We will not be liable for the costs of returning any items unless we have mis-described the item concerned.
