RARE patented probably American steel and brass rule of some sort by Cumming & Cranford. Marked PATENTED No. 52. It is 24" long with a protractor and one end and a brass level at the other. The rule part has two rules, one on top of the other, one side is stamped INCHES the other side is stamped DIAMETERS. The level has a large brass knob so it can be turned in any direction.
