19th century Spiers of Ayr 13 3/4" long dovetailed steel panel plane for restoration. Gunmetal lever cap with the earliest small upside down stamp. Rosewood infill. Thick parallel iron by Aaron Hildick. Requires a handle as the rear handle is missing completely. Very slight pitting to the metal but nothing serious. Will restore into a nice early Spiers plane.
