RARE early patented American Panvice in cast aluminium. Universal vice which can be moved to any angle with a ball joint at the base. The base has three countersunk holes for securing to a bench. Patented Number 2898068. I can't find this exact design anywhere, the only similar ones I can find have a suction base which this one doesn't and has never had. 9" tall.
